After nearly two decades in Corrections, I transitioned into the world of IT and haven’t looked back. Now, as a Help Desk Manager and Front-End ConnectWise PSA Admin, I focus on keeping things running smoothly while leading with a mix of strategy, problem-solving, and a bit of humor.

Beyond work, I stay active in the Kansas City IT community, serving as Chapter President for HDI Heartland and Toastmasters International – Empower to Speak, as well as Director of Revenue for SecKC. Whether it’s IT management, leadership development, or just geeking out over the latest tech trends, I love helping others grow and succeed.

When I’m not in the trenches of IT or community leadership, you’ll probably find me at the movies, adding to my collection of hobbies, or enjoying some much-needed downtime.

Hello HDI Members in the Heartland!  It is so great to be able to talk with you.   I realize some of you may be new to HDI and some of you may be veterans, but let me take a moment to introduce you to HDI and the HDI Heartland Chapter.

I have been in the IT Industry for the past 15 years. Most recently managing a Help Desk at Cerner Corporation. I am passionate about leadership and sharing ideas with other IT professionals.
